No Refund Policy

All purchases made through Carter are final and non-refundable. As Carter is a digital SaaS product delivered immediately upon subscription activation, we do not offer refunds, credits, or exchanges once a transaction has been completed.

Subscriptions

  • Monthly and annual subscriptions are non-refundable once the billing period has started
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings
  • Upon cancellation, you retain access to Carter until the end of your current billing period
  • No partial refunds are issued for unused portions of a subscription period

Exceptions

We review refund requests on a case-by-case basis only in the following circumstances:

  • Duplicate charges due to a technical error
  • Charges made after a confirmed cancellation
